Nearly all our translators, DTP staff and software developers work on our premises. We prefer not to outsource any projects. We consider this solution to be vital for providing translation services of high quality.
Our roughly 60 permanent employees, as well as all our freelancers, have a university degree in a technical field and/or industry-specific knowledge and translate exclusively into their native languages.

We process your orders primarily in our own offices. The project management, translation/localisation, quality assurance, desktop publishing and software engineering departments are all in-house at our Berlin location.
To offer you the best possible service, your projects are always handled by a single competency team. A competency team consists of 3 or 4 employees who serve you as permanent contact partners. In this way, we are able to ensure short reaction and processing times when handling your orders.

To ensure seamless integration into your production process, our engineering division will develop optimal solutions for your workflow.
We use translation memory systems for our translations. These systems enable us to dramatically rationalise the translation process through creating a terminology database and the ability of translation memory systems to recognise any text passage that has previously been translated.
We have extensively expanded the scope of application options of such systems by adding our self-developed tools. This production process ensures consistency of the translation and of the terminology, both between the various components of one project (user manual, maintenance manual, etc.), as well as between various projects (previous version, updates).
